Organization Description | B2B Power Exchange is a lead exchange group that focuses on helping entrepreneurs, CEOs, consultants and business development pros that sell to senior decision makers at companies with $10 million or more in annual revenues. Our members focus on large, complex business-to-business sales, so most lead groups and Chamber mixers don't provide them with the resources they need. We're different. Our forum of power players knows that the fastest way to the executive suite is through partnerships with others focused on B2B. That's why we leverage our combined skills and executive contacts to expand our pipelines and increase the value we offer our corporate clients.

Description | FountainBlue is pleased to launch a series of in-depth workshops on the topics of leadership, creativity and diversity. Each workshop is custom-designed to provide practical advice and tools to foster leadership and to stimulate critical thinking and discussion for the executives in attendance. Our intention is to build skills, stimulate thinking, and build a support system so that the decision- makers in attendance are empowered to integrate the information and knowledge and positively impact their teams and organizations. For more information about our series, please visit http://www.fountainblue.biz/executiveevents/workshops.html. This Month's Topic: Knowing and Communicating Your Personal Brand of Leadership, with Ellen Rudy and Victoria Hayden from The Hayden Group To launch our leadership series, our first workshop will focus on the foundation for leadership - Knowing and Communicating Your Personal Brand of Leadership. Knowing yourself and your unique value proposition to any leadership opportunity is absolutely critical as it helps define who you are and what distinguishes you from other leaders, first to yourself, and then to those around you. Exploring your unique contributions, passions and capabilities and successfully presenting / promoting that to the marketplace is more integral than "skills" or "strategy" for career success. It not only helps you better succeed and lead in your current position, it also helps you to plan your career development path in alignment with your unique offerings, in order to optimize your success and enjoy greater fulfillment along your career journey. Leadership comes first from within and this workshop will help you lead more effectively by helping you to identify, articulate and communicate your personal brand. Doing so will help you proactively manage the feelings that people--your boss, your colleagues, your employees, your customers, and your family and friends--have about you, and about how they feel about interacting with you, observing you, and even thinking about you. During this workshop, we will conduct a Personal Leadership Brand Audit and explore and identify: What is best and true about you Which aspects of your authentic personality really meet the needs of the key folks with whom you work and play A personal brand leadership positioning statement that links your strengths to needs and goals How to consistently optimize and communicate your intended leadership brand within your professional and personal community You will leave the workshop with a brand strategy- one that aligns who you are with how you lead and communicate. The workshop will not only provide a solid foundation for the remainder of FountainBlue's Leadership series, but also stands alone as a workshop worth taking. | |
